   Welcome to Old Settlers Post 4659!

As yesterday's defenders of freedom, we want to welcome today's service members into our ranks to become part of our elite group.  Our common bond is the battlefield, whether it is in service in the Persian Gulf, Korea, Vietnam, the war on terrorism or peacekeeping expeditionary campaigns.  Your courage and sacrifice have made a difference in preserving and defending world peace. 
 
We have called Shelby Township (formerly Disco) our home for over 80 years!  We welcome you to our meetings at 7pm on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of each month.  Whether you just wish to have some camaraderie in the clubroom or get involved with our post and/or the community, there's a place for you!

The VFW Post 4659 mission is to "honor the dead by helping the living" through veterans' service, community service, national security and a strong national defense.

The Shelby Township Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4659 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the support of United States military veterans, their families, and our local community.
